Research of separation and extraction of cordycepin in artificially cultivated cordyceps militaris

  • The cordyceps militaris artificially cultivated in western Liaoning was used as material to extract cordycepin through ultrasonic wave and enzymatic method.Three factors such as extracting solution, temperature and material-liquid ratio were selected to carry out the single factor experiment.The L9 ( 34 ) orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize extraction technology of cordycepin.The results showed that effects of three factors on cordycepin extraction rate reached extremely significant level.The optimum parameters of cordycepin extraction were enzyme addition 1.5% , ultrasonic power 500W for 15min, and 50% ethanol solution, materialliquid ratio 1∶15 and temperature 70℃ for 3h. Under these parameters, the extraction rate of cordycepin reached to 1.54% . It had positive significance to high yield cultivation technology of cordyceps militaris and deep - processing and comprehensive utilization of cordyceps resources.
