Application prospect of macroporous resin in the separation of functional components in tea

  • Resin adsorption technology was developed in the 1970s for the separation and purification of the plant functional component as a new process, which achieved a continuous separation and improved the product purity and recovery rate. It has a lot of advantages in the separation of two components and purification of the single component in multi -component. In recent years, resin adsorption technology has been widely used in the separation of the functional component of tea. In this paper, application progress in domestic and international researches of macroporous resin in the separation of functional components in tea were summarized, which would provide some scientific reference basis for its further application in the separation of the functional components of tea.
