Determination of 49 pesticide residues in tea bags by ultrasonic assisted extraction SPE-GC/MS

  • A method for rapid determination of 49 pesticide residues in tea bags by GC /MS was established, and 35 of tea bags samples were detected.Pesticide residues in tea bags were extracted using acetone and clean-up by SPE after being concentrated, then it was detected by GC /MS.Results showed that pesticide residues in tea bags could be extracted using acetone as well as separated by GC /MS.The detection limits were 0.0010.015mg /kg by spiked experiments. Pesticide residues in tea bags mainly were bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, fenpropathrin and cyhalothrin.According to national standard ( NO.GB2763-2012) , the pesticides level of tea bags was lower than the standard limits. This method is simple, rapid and reliable.
