Research progress of extraction and determination methods of γ-aminobutyric acid

  • γ-aminobutyric acid ( GABA) is widely distributed in nature with many physiological activity, such as good for liver, kidney, brain, anti-aging and other functions, and used in medicine, health food, new resources of food, feed additives and other fields. In this paper, the research trends of GABA, including its extraction and determination, were reviewed, and it will provide some references for further study.
