Study on two-phase aqueous extraction of pectinase from apple peel

  • Pectin enzyme was extracted with the apple peel as raw material. The extraction of pectinase in twophase aqueous system was investigated. Effects of concentrations of polyethylene glycol 1000, the concentrations of Na2HPO4, pH, the concentrations of NaCl on the extraction coefficient K were studied. Results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the mass composition in two-phase aqueous system PEG1000 26%, Na2HPO417%, NaCl 0.004%, pH4.0, the highest extraction coefficient K obtained in experiments could reached13.8954.
