Research progress in preservation methods of hami melon
Postharvest decay is the main problem of hami melon appeared in the postharvest shipping and sales, which did not only affect the quality of hami melon but bring certain economic loss. Several preservation methods of hami melon were introduced in this paper and compared, and the development trends was pointed out.
