    Abstract
  • Unified and rational food traceability tag code plan would be the base to implementation the whole process traceability on food supply chain. Accordingly, not only the final shape of the consumption food required to encoding, but also need for primary raw materials and semi-finished products such as intermediatelevel unified coding. Based on the proposed food supply chain traceability process model, distributing legitimately the code segment using EPC-256 Ⅲ type coding structure, and design food supply chain traceability label encoding scheme, encoding possess universal.
