Study on principal active component and antioxidant capacity between tissue culture and transplanting plantlet of Fujian Anoectochilus Roxburghii

  • The content of total flavonoids, total sugar and antioxidant capacity were investigated between tissue culture plantlet and transplanting plantlet of Fujian Anoectochilus Roxburghii.The results showed the content of total flavonoids in transplanting plantlet and tissue cultured plantlet of A.Roxburghii were 0.644 mg / g · DW and0.277 mg / g·DW, and carbohydrate content of the former was 135.88 mg / g·DW, latter was 152.43 mg / g·DW, respectively. Total antioxidant activity, scavenging capacity of DPPH and superoxide anion free radical of transplanting plantlet of A.Roxburghii was stronger than tissue culture plantlet, but the latter possessed more significant scavenging capacity of hydroxyl redical. The results presented references for A.Roxburghii manufacturing and processing enterprise producing better quality products.
