Non- thermal sterilization technologies and its application in processing of aquatic products

  • The research progress in non- thermal sterilization technologies in the processing of aquatic products was reviewed in this paper. The essay mainly introduced the principles, features and application of several non-thermal sterilization technologies in the processing of aquatic products, such as ultra- high pressure technology, ozone sterilization, acidic electrolyzed water sterilization, irradiation sterilization, dense phase carbon dioxide sterilization and biology sterilization. Finally, the prospects of non- thermal sterilization technologies were briefly discussed.The article is hoped to offer beneficial reference for the future application research and the wider application of non- thermal sterilization technologies in the processing of aquatic products.
