Research method of rapid determination of isoascorbic acid and ascorbic acid in wine by Ultra-performance Convergence Chromatography

  • A new method was developed for the determination of isoascorbic acid and ascorbic acid in wine by Ultra Performance Convergence Chromatography(UPC2). The mobile phase was mixture with supercritical CO2 and methanol(added 0.1% H3PO4) at a flow rate of 1.5 m L/min. Using the Waters BEH column,UV detector was set at a wavelength of 245 nm. The limit of detection was 2.0 mg/kg,the calibration linear range was 2.5~80.0 mg/L,its spiked recoveries were 93.2% ~105.9%,and the relative standard deviation range from 4.5% to9.8%. The method with high efficient,rapid,simplicity,high sensitivity and accurate results,it was applicable for determination of isoascorbic acid and ascorbic acid in wine.
