Qualitative and quantitative analysis of mixed pesticide residue of apple juice by SERS

  • Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering( SERS) was used in collecting surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy of two different kinds of apple juice samples respectively,one contained pesticide diazinon only while another contained diazinon and malathion. Discriminant analysis method was used to build themathematical model for qualitative analysis,and the accuracy rate of prediction was proved to be 100%. Then the quantitative model of those samples contained mixed pesticides was built based on Partial Least Squares( PLS). Correlation coefficient of calibration set can reach 0.999 and correlation coefficient of prediction set can reach 0.97 when it was used to predict diazinon and malathion at the same time.The results showed that SERS can be used for qualitative and quantitative identification of multi- pesticides.
