Research progress in molecular biology methods for detection of Salmonella

  • Salmonella is a kind of pathogenic bacteria that can cause human and animal diseases,and it is the first place that the food poisoning incidents caused by them.This paper make a simple summary that aim at the methods of molecular biology for the detection of Salmonella in food,include three PCR technology,gene chip technology,loop mediated isothermal technology and pyrosequencing,to do a simple introduction of rapid testing of molecular biology technology in conjunction with other disciplines,and to prospects for the future development of these technologies.
