Study on ultrasonic and microwave- assisted extraction of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves

  • The technology of ultrasonic and microwave- assisted extraction of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves was studied.The experiments investigated the effects of extraction,such as ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio,treatment power and extraction time.The experiments were optimized using a Box- Behnken method of test design and response surface methodology on the basis of the single factor experiment. Test results showed that when the ethanol concentration was 80% and liquid- solid ratio was 22 ∶ 1 m L / g,treatment power 563 W extraction and extraction time of 4.2 min,the extraction yield of flavonoids from Oenanthe Javanica leaves was up to 44.7 mg / g.
