Response surface methodology for optimizing extraction of polysaccharides from Aurea HELIANTHUS

  • In Aurea HELIANTHUS stems and leaves as raw material, its water extracted polysaccharide formulation to study the effect of different extraction conditions on the yield of polysaccharides. In this study, the polysaccharide yield was investigated indicators.Using response surface optimization of extraction conditions of Aurea HELIANTHUS which basing on the extraction temperature, extraction time,solid- liquid ratio of single factor experiments. Results indicated that the optimum conditions for polysaccharide from Aurea HELIANTHUS extraction were: water temperature of 72 ℃,an extraction time of 3.25 h and raw materials to a ratio of water of 1∶ 32( g∶ m L).Relative error verification and predicted values of polysaccharide yield was 0.23%. Description Response surface methodology for Aurea HELIANTHUS extraction conditions were optimized reasonably feasible.
