Control measures of Zika virus in food industry

  • Zika virus belongs to flaviviridae,the main route of way is mosquito- borne transmission.Zika virus breaks out in Africa,the Americas,Southeast Asia and other places. Now China has had imported zika virus infection cases.In order to prevent the spread of the Zika virus,in this paper,the biological characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,clinical diagnosis characteristics and the prevention and control measures of Zika virus in food industry were reviewed.The aim was to provide theoretical reference for the protection of national food safety.
