Research progress in LC- MS technology for the analysis of chemical composition from medicine and food dual purposes plants

  • Owing to the features of weak adverse reactions,good medicinal value,nature,safety,medicine and food dual purposes plants( MFDPP) have been widely used.Further study of the chemical composition from MFDPP will confirm its nutritional and medicinal value.Over the past decade,the rapid development of liquid chromatographymass spectrometry( LC- MS) technology has promoted greatly the study of the chemical composition from MFDPP.Since it has been widely used for MFDPP in the work of effect component analysis and quality control,LCMS technology has become the mainstream. According to the development of LC- MS technology and LC- MS technology application methods of MFDPP,the research progress on LC- MS technology was summarized for the analysis of chemical composition from MFDPP,to provide reference for further study of MFDPP.
