    Abstract
  • To provide new methods and ideas of preparation of high quality antibodies for aflatoxin B_1( AFB_1) and other small molecule hapten,the domestic and foreign research progress on molecular design method,the basic requirements,principles to be followed and antigen synthesis methods were reviewed in this paper,in particular,the AFB_1 hapten molecule design,antigen synthesis and antibody characteristics were described in detail.
