Advance in different sources of DHA separation and extraction technology and its application in food industry

  • Docosahexaenoic ( DHA) acid is not only an infant's growth factor, but also an essential nutrient for adults.With the increasing demand of health nutrition food, DHA extraction separation accuracy requirements is also rising.At the same time, the amount of DHA that people intake from the conventional food is not enough.So deep processing of DHA fortified food is a good prospect for development.The application of DHA separation technology course of study was concluded in this paper, combining with different sources of DHA and their classification differences.At the same time, the application of DHA in food industry was described, then analysis of DHA production technology and the prospects of the application of DHA in food industry were also discussed.
