Research on pathogen identification and biological characteristics of sclerotinia from Sichuan okra

  • In order to confirm the species and the major biological characteristics of the pathogen of sclerotinia on Sichuan okra.One pathogenic filamentous fungi was isolated from Sichuan okra, based on morphological observation and ITS r DNA sequence analysis, the pathogen was identified as Fusarium solani, the biological characteristics also was researched.The results showed that the optimum temperature of pathogen growth was 28 ℃, the optimum p H was 7, the optimum Na Cl concentration was 0.5%. Among the carbon sources, nitrogen sources and trace elements, lactose, asparagine and ferric citrate could significantly increase the colony diameter of Fusarium solani (p < 0.05) .It was beneficial to the growth of Fusarium solani.
