Progress of food-derived glycoproteins based on the structural glycomics

  • Glycoprotein is an important compound, and glycan possess more diverse structure and more functions which makes glycan to take part in various activities.Glycomics especially structural glycomics as an emerging field that follows the genomics and proteomics, focusing on analyzing glycoprotein structure. The passage mainly introduced the application of structural glycomics on the aspect of glycan structure and glycosylation sites in foodborne glycoprotein, which hoped provide the reference for subsequent research.
