Optimization of fermentative conditions for high yield blue pigment from Streptomyces sp.YLA0 using response surface methodology

  • Streptomyces sp. YLA0 was used as the experimental material to optimize the culture condition of high yield blue pigment.Based on the single factor experiment, C/N ratio, p H and culture time as three single factors were selected and optimized by Box-Behnken response surface design.The results showed that the optimal culture conditions of Streptomycin sp.YLA0 were as follows: C/N ratio was 14∶ 1, p H7.63, culture time was 169.69 h, and the yield was 11.67 mg/100 m L.Under this condition, the actual value was 97.04% of the optimized value, and the results showed that the model was reliable and could be used to optimize the culture condition of Streptomyces sp.YLA0.
