Abstract

Abstract

β-Glucosidases belong to glycoside hydrolase ( GH) families.They play an important role in food industry, medicine field and biomass conversion process.In this paper, the physical and chemical properties, substrate specificity, reaction kinetics, three-dimensional structure, catalytic residues, gene cloning and expression of GH3 β-glucosidases were reviewed in detail.This summarization provides reference to research on the catalytic mechanism and expression regulatory mechanism of this enzyme from basic area.
