Determination of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides in the environment of wheat field by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS

  • The method for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides herbicides in the environment of wheat field by improved QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS was established.Residues in wheat grain, wheat plant and soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile, the wheat grain and wheat plant extracts were purified by GCB ( graphitized carbon black) , and the soil extracts were purified by PSA ( primary secondary amine) . The residues were determined by UPLC-MS/MS.The results showed the linear rang of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam was 0.01 ~ 1 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998, 0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively. The recoveries of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam were in the rang of 85.9% 105.5%, with relative standard deviations ( RSD) less than 9.8%.This method is easy, quick, and can meet the requirements for simultaneous residue determination of flumetsulam, florasulam and penoxsulam in wheat, plant and soil.
