Enlightenment of beef safety and quality control technology and marketing strategy in Australian to Chinese beef industry

  • Australia is one of the most developed countries in animal husbandry in the world. In this paper, the development history, current situation and encountered problems of the Australian beef industry were analyzed, and the food safety and eating quality control measures in the beef production were systematically summarized, as well as the strategies that Australian beef industrial and the government employed to promote the Australian beef to the global market were presented. Summarizing the successful experiences, safety and quality and marketing strategy of beef industry in Australia to provide ideas for the development of Chinese beef industry, and analyzed the problems that Australia beef industry encountered, to plan well for the possible problems that our Chinese beef industry may meet, and so to ensure the Chinese beef industry get a sustainable development.
