Research progress of gas-adjusted fresh-preserved of litchi

  • Litchi is beneficial to humanhealth becauseofits rich nutrition, but rot of litchi causesa great number ofeconomic loss.At present, gas-adjusted fresh-preserved technology for the advantages of convenient operation and security has been considered one of the advanced postharvest techniques.The researchesof gas-adjusted fresh-preserved technology of litchi through the review of litchi fresh-keeping status at home and abroadare summarized. Postharvest physiology, quality deterioration, research on air conditioning preservation, and combined preservation techniquesof litchi are analyzed. The problems on preservation technology of litchi with modified atmosphere and its application, as well as the future research directions are discussed in order toprovide theoretical basis for modified atmosphere technology of litchi.
