Fumonisin(FB) is a kind of secondary metabolites produced from toxigenic fungi.It can cause huge damage to humans and animals that the substance is widely presented in corn and other agricultural products.Recently fumonisin has become one of the most serious global pollution.Research on the prevention and control of fumonisin has become a research hotspot all over the world.The biological controlstrategies,which is high-effective and eco-friendly,exhibited great potential for application in contamination remove on crops and products.
