Research progress in toxicological effects of perchlorate and its detection methods

  • At present,perchlorate has become a global pollutant and be detected in domestic water,fruits and vegetables,dairy products,meat products. The status quo of ecotoxicology and course of detectable technological development of perchlorate were introduced in this paper. Reference to a large number of international and domestic literature,the mechanism of toxic effects on human thyroid and pituitary gland,the damage of heavy metal stress on plant cell structure,the injury of photosynthetic system,and the decrease of biomass were further studied. It described the principle and current state of the spectrophotometer,ion chromatography,ion chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. Finally,the treatment of perchlorate was prospected.
