Research Progress of Separation and Purification of the Active Ingredient of Natural Products Based on Molecular Imprinted Technology

  • Molecular imprinting polymer had specific recognition ability and high selectivity,which had been wildly used in environmental science,pharmaceutical and medicine science,biology,and food science. In this paper,the progress of molecular imprinting polymer was reviewed that used for separation and purification of active ingredients of natural products,according to the different type of the imprinting polymer material such as molecularly imprinted monoliths,molecularly imprinted microsphere and molecularly membranes in recent years. It would be showed a great potential value in separation and purification of active ingredients of natural products because of its specific recognition ability and high selectivity,simple procedure,convenient operation,regenerative used and so on. It was pointed out that molecular imprinted microspheres and molecular imprinted membranes as separation materials would had better application prospects in the separation of natural active ingredients,and were worthy of further study.
