Research Progress of Sulfated Modification of Natural Polysaccharide on Their Bioactivities

  • Polysaccharides are a class of important bioactive molecules widely found in organisms. It has many biological activities, which attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. In recent years, researcher had found that the activities of polysaccharide could be improved by sulfation modification. Compared with other natural polysaccharide, sulfated polysaccharide have more medicinal activities. This article reviewed the research progress of the bioactivities of sulfated polysaccharide and provided a reference for the further research and application of sulfated polysaccharide in the future.
