Research Progress of Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction in Food Analysis

  • Magnetic solid phase extraction(MPSE)was a pretreatment method which used magnetic adsorbents to enrich target compound,and then separated the sample under magnetic field. Compared with the traditional sample pretreatment method,it had the advantages of fast adsorption,high efficiency and easy separation. MSPE magnetic adsorbents were composed of magnetic nanoparticles modified by non-magnetic functional materials. In the paper,the progress of MSPE magnetic adsorbents modified by carbon compounds,surfactants,ionic liquid,metal-organic frameworks,oxides,polymers,molecular imprinted polymers was reviewed. MSPE technology with different surface modification materials would have ideal adsorption effect on different food additives,pesticide residues,antibiotics and other compounds,and have a broad application prospect.
