Design and Modification of Carbamate Pesticide Haptens

  • A general chemical synthetic route to carbamate haptens was designed,and two artificial haptens of aldicarb and isoprocarb were prepared. The resulting haptens were evaluated by molecular simulation and preparation of mouse polyclonal antibodies. The results showed that the antibody titer of aldicarb was 5.84×105,the IC50of antibody to aldicarb was 0.225 μg/mL,the cross-reaction rate of antibody to aldicarb hapten was 107.14%. The antibody titer of isoprocarb was 4.1×105 and IC50 was 0.4 μg/mL. The cross-reaction rate of antibody to isoprocarb hapten was 105.26%.It indicated that the haptens modified by the general scheme could be used as a substitute for the target pesticide for the establishment of an immunoassay method.
