Horseradish Peroxidase Imprinted Material Prepared by Pickering Emulsion Polymerization

  • The novel particles of poly(DVB-co-PBA)were synthesized by one-step solvothermal and the horseradish peroxidase imprinted material(HRP-IP)was synthesized in a water-in-toluene Pickering emulsion,which was stabilized by the poly(DVB-co-PBA)parricles. The obtained HRP-IP was a well-defined core-shell polymeric microsphere,the surface of HRP-IP was the poly(DVB-co-PBA)particles and the core of HRP-IP was hydrophilic hydrogel. The adsorption capacity of HRP-IP for horseradish peroxidase(HRP)was five times as the non-imprinted materials(NIPs). The HRP-IP exhibited good affinity for glycoprotein due to the introduction of phenylboronic acid. The adsorption capacity of HRP-IP for glycoprotein(horseradish peroxidase)was 42.77 times as that of non-glycoprotein(bovine serum albumin). What is more,the hydrophilic hydrogel core increased the transmission speed of the synthetic materials,which could reach the adsorption equilibrium after 50 min.
