Application and Research Progress of Spectral Data Fusion Technology in Food Testing

  • Food quality and safety problem has attracted more and more attention from the whole society. Among the existing testing technologies,spectrum technology is widely used for its advantages of simple operation and fast-lossless.Spectral fusion data technology is a new detection technology which can obtain more comprehensive and accurate information by means of multi-spectral equipment integration or data fusion.This paper briefly introduced the characteristics of spectral data fusion technology and two different fusion methods of spectral technology,mainly introduced the application of several common spectral fusion technology in data fusion such as Raman-IR spectroscopy,the NIR-MIR spectroscopy and UV-vis-IR spectroscopy in food quality and safety testing,and predicted the application prospects of spectral fusion technology in food testing.
