  • 摘要: D-异抗坏血酸作为一种优良的食品添加剂,在生产加工方面特别是食品工业得到广泛的应用。本文综述了D-异抗坏血酸生产技术研究和应用的现状、存在的问题及前景展望。 

     

    Abstract: D-erythorbic acid as a new biological antioxidant and preservative is applied widely in food industry. This paper introduced the present situation, the problems and prospect of production technology research and application of erythorbic acid.
