农产品内部缺陷无损检测技术研究进展

Progress in Nondestructive Detection Techniques for Internal Defects of Agro-products

  • 摘要: 农产品在生长过程中易形成内部缺陷,严重影响农产品的经济价值,内部缺陷的早期识别是保证农产品商业价值和质量安全的重要措施。近年来,随着各类无损检测技术的发展,基于光学、热学、声学、电磁学特性等的无损检测方法已逐步应用到农产品内部缺陷的检测中。本文综述了上述无损检测技术的原理和特点,及其在农产品内部缺陷检测中的研究进展,介绍了多技术融合、人工智能在农产品内部缺陷无损检测中的应用,并对其面临的挑战及未来的发展趋势与研究方向进行了展望,致力于为农产品内部缺陷无损检测技术的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Internal defects can easily develop during the growth process of agro-products, significantly affecting their economic value. Early identification of internal defects is crucial for ensuring the commercial value and safety of agro-products. With the development of nondestructive detection technologies, the methods based on optical, thermal, acoustic, and electromagnetic properties have gradually been applied to the detection of internal defects in agro-products in recent years. This paper reviews the principles and characteristics of the nondestructive detection technologies and their research advancements in detecting internal defects in ago-products and introduces the applications of multi-technology fusion and artificial intelligence in the nondestructive detection. Finally, the challenges of these technologies, along with the future development trends and research directions are also discussed. This paper aims to provide a valuable reference for research on nondestructive detection technologies for internal defects in agro-products.
