Research and Insights on the Management System of Australia New Zealand Food Health Claims

  • 摘要: 真实、科学的食品声称是消费者认识和选购各类食品的有效工具,统筹构建完善的食品声称体系有助于促进大健康产业发展。本文通过梳理澳大利亚普通食品、补充药品及新西兰膳食补充剂、补充食品以及部分具有功能声称的普通食品的管理框架体系,从原料管理、功能声称管理制度与审批要求以及投入市场后广告监管等维度全链条进行了分析研究,对我国优化食品健康声称管理、严控保健食品安全风险、科学开展食品安全科普工作等提出了建议意见。

     

    Abstract: Authentic and scientific food claims are useful resources for consumers to understand and purchase various types of food. Establishing a comprehensive food claim system can support the expansive health sector. This article examines and analyzes the management framework for common foods, dietary supplements, and functional foods in New Zealand and Australia. It explores the entire chain of raw material management, a functional claim management system, approval requirements, and post-entry advertising supervision are all examined and studied. Recommendations are provided to enhance the popularization of food safety science in China, rigorously regulate health food safety hazards, and improve the management of food health claims.
