天麻粉对小鼠的抗疲劳作用

Anti-fatigue Effect of Gastrodia Powder on Mice

  • 摘要: 目的:研究天麻粉对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:连续灌胃小鼠空白组、天麻粉低(0.25 g/kg)、中(0.5 g/kg)、高(1 g/kg)剂量组30 d,期间记录小鼠体重,末次灌胃1 h后,测定小鼠游泳力竭时间、脏器指数,检测血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血乳酸(Blood lactic acid,BLA)、肌糖原(Muscle glycogen,MG)、肝糖原(Liver glycogen,LG)含量、总超氧化物歧化酶(Total superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)活力、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(Lactic dehydrogenase,LDH)、肌酸激酶(Creatine kinase,CK)活性。结果:与空白组相比,天麻粉高剂量组延长游泳时长从23.31 min至46.97 min(P<0.001),降低了BUN、BLA含量(P<0.01),MG和LG含量显著升高(P<0.01),分别升高至0.33和2.68 mg/g,使小鼠耐力提高。此外,天麻粉具有抗氧化作用,高剂量组提高了T-SOD(P<0.05)活力、降低血清中MDA(P<0.05)、LDH(P<0.05)和CK(P<0.01)含量。结论:天麻粉对疲劳小鼠具有剂量依赖性,1 g/kg可以显著提高机体的抗疲劳能力。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of Gastrodia powder on mice. Methods: Mice were divided into a blank control group and groups receiving low (0.25 g/kg), medium (0.5 g/kg), and high (1 g/kg) doses of Gastrodia powder via continuous intragastric administration for 30 days. The body weight of mice was recorded during the period. One hour after the last intragastric administration, the swimming exhaustion time and organ index, and the blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood lactic acid (BLA), muscle glycogen (MG), liver glycogen (LG) content, total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and creatine kinase (CK) activities were detected. Results: Compared with the blank group, the Gastrodia powder high-dose group extended the swimming time from 23.31 min to 46.97 min (P<0.01), reduced the BUN and BLA contents (P<0.01), and significantly increased the MG and LG contents (P<0.01) with 0.33 and 2.68 mg/g, respectively, improved the endurance of mice. In addition, Gastrodia powder had antioxidant effects. The high-dose group increased the activity of T-SOD (P<0.05) and reduced the levels of MDA (P<0.05), LDH (P<0.05) and CK (P<0.01) in the serum. Conclusion: The effect of Gastrodia powder on fatigue mice was dose-dependent, and 1g/kg could significantly improve the body's anti-fatigue ability.
