磷脂酰丝氨酸脂质体的制备方法、结构及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation Method, Structure and Application of Phosphatidylserine Liposomes

  • 摘要: 磷脂酰丝氨酸是一种重要的细胞膜成分,尤其在动物脑神经细胞中含量较高,具有改善神经细胞功能、调节神经冲动传导以及增强记忆力等多种生物活性。磷脂酰丝氨酸脂质体是以磷脂酰丝氨酸为主要成分构建的脂质体,是一种具备双亲特性的递送载体,能够有效包载亲水性和疏水性的活性物质,显著提高其生物利用度,同时具备良好的生物相容性和可降解性。本文对磷脂酰丝氨酸脂质体的制备方法、结构及其影响因素和应用等方面进行了总结。并展望了其在未来研究方向中的发展潜力,为磷脂酰丝氨酸脂质体的进一步开发与产品应用研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Phosphatidylserine is an important cell membrane component, especially in animal brain nerve cells. It has many biological activities such as improving nerve cell function, regulating nerve impulse conduction and enhancing memory. Phosphatidylserine liposome is a liposome constructed with phosphatidylserine as the main component. Which is a delivery carrier with amphiphilic characteristics. It can effectively encapsulate hydrophilic and hydrophobic active substances, significantly improve its bioavailability, while also having good biocompatibility and degradability. In this paper, the preparation methods, structure, influencing factors and applications of phosphatidylserine liposomes are summarized. The development potential in the future research direction is prospected, which provides a reference for the further development and product application of phosphatidylserine liposomes.
