蒲公英黄酮提取分离、生物活性及其应用研究进展

Research Progress in Extraction, Isolation, Bioactivity and Application of Dandelion Flavonoids

  • 摘要: 蒲公英是多年生草本植物,具有丰富的药用价值和营养价值。黄酮是蒲公英的核心活性成分。本文系统综述了蒲公英黄酮(Dandelion Flavonoids,DF)的主要化学成分,梳理了溶剂提取法、超声辅助提取法、超临界CO2萃取等DF提取分离技术,分析了其抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、降糖、调节肠道菌群、保肝等生物活性,以及在食品等领域的应用研究进展。总的来说,DF采用超声波辅助提取最具产业化潜力,抗氧化能力在其所有生物活性中最为显著,最适合应用在功能性食品。以期为蒲公英的功效评价提供理论支撑,为DF的深度开发提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is a perennial herbaceous plant widely recognized for its extensive medicinal and nutritional value. Flavonoids have been established as the primary bioactive constituents in dandelion. This review systematically summarizes the major chemical components of dandelion flavonoids (DF), systematizes common extraction and separation techniques, including solvent extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and supercritical CO2 extraction, and highlights their diverse biological activities, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, hypoglycemic, gut microbiota-modulating, and hepatoprotective effects. Furthermore, it discusses the latest advancements in the application of DF within the food industry. Among the various extraction methods, ultrasonic-assisted extraction holds the greatest industrialization potential. Notably, the antioxidant activity of DF is the most prominent among its biological properties, rendering it particularly suitable for incorporation into functional foods. This review aims to provide theoretical support for the efficacy evaluation of dandelion and thus lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive development and utilization of DF.
