湘西野生牡丹籽油脂肪酸组成及体内辅助降血脂作用

Study on fatty acid composition and assisting for lipid lowering of wild peony seed oil from Western Hunan

  • 摘要: 采用气相色谱法分析湘西野生牡丹籽油的脂肪酸组成,并通过50例人体试食实验探讨其辅助降血脂作用。结果表明,湘西野生牡丹籽油主要由棕榈酸6.04%、硬脂酸1.81%、油酸25.20%、亚油酸28.65%、亚麻酸37.41%组成,不饱和脂肪酸高达91.26%;湘西野生牡丹籽油可显著降低受试者的胆固醇(TC,Serum Total Cholesterol)、甘油三酯(TG,Triacylglyceride)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C,Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol)水平,降幅分别为13.20%、35.98%、10.72%,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05),总有效率分别可达70.73%、81.40%、66.67%,而对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C,High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol)水平无影响,表明牡丹籽油具有较好的辅助降血脂功效。 

     

    Abstract: The fatty acid composition of peony seed oil from Western Hunan was testing by GC-MS method.The assist effect for lipid lowering was testing through the 50 human feeding trials.The result indicated that the compositions of peony seed oil from Western Hunan were: palmitic acid of 6.04%, stearic acid of 1.84%, oleic acid of 25.20%, linoleic acid of 28.65% and linolenic acid of 37.41%.The total concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acid reached to 91.26%.Peony seed oil from Western Hunan could lower the TC ( serum total cholesterol) , TG ( triglyceride) , LDL-C ( low density lipoprotein cholesterol) levels of human subjects obviously and the lower range were 13.20%, 35.98%, 10.72%, respectively, with statistically significant in difference, and the total effective rates could reach to 70.73%, 81.40%, 66.67%, respectively, but no effect on HDL-C ( high density lipoprotein cholesterol) levels, which indicated the peony seed oil had better assisting for lipid lowering.
